DEKA Fit by Spartan is the decathlon of functional fitness consisting of indoor fitness competitions and motivational training programs designed for all levels. DEKA athletes face off with the Torque TANK™ resistance sled in zone 9!

TANK INTERNAL RESISTANCE SLEDS

The TANK sleds used in DEKA can be used on any surface indoors or outdoors and won't tear up turf or flooring like traditional sleds. The faster you push a TANK, the harder it gets.

ALL FITNESS LEVELS

The TANK wheeled resistance sled is perfect for beginners and advanced alike so that anyone can participate in DEKA.

FULL BODY WORKOUTS

Any individual can get a full body workout with the use of just one piece of equipment. The TANK can engage the core, upper, and lower body.

Strength & Conditioning

Optional TANK accessories such as the V-Strap, Tow Rope, or Wheelbarrow Handles can further increase exercise options. DEKA Zone 9 targets the entire body with back and forth TANK pushing and pulling. The TANK is the ultimate training tool.
