Q: What should I know about my large item delivery?
A: For larger products we use an LTL shipping carrier. You are responsible to be available when the truck arrives at the delivery location. The driver will move your shipment to the rear of the truck and from that point it is your responsibility to move your shipment from the rear of the truck to your desired location. The driver is not obligated to assist you so make sure you have some help if you have a large order.
We can facilitate white glove shipping where they will bring your shipment from the truck into the closest dry covered area for an additional cost. Contact us to arrange white glove service.
Q: My order was supposed to arrive today but it hasn’t!

Q: How long will it take for my product to ship?
A: It depends on your location and selected shipping option. At the time of purchase we will provide you with an estimated ship date. Most orders are shipped 1-3 days after we have received them. Orders are shipped from our Minnesota warehouse.
Q: Do you sell online outside of the continental United States?
A: No, but you can contact us and our sales team will connect you with an authorized dealer or our international sales team.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?

Q: Can I ride on TANK while someone is pushing it?
A: Torque Fitness does not recommend anyone stand or ride on TANK while it is being operated.
