The TANK® SX is the pinnacle of the TANK platform, built for facilities that program sled work every day and need one piece of equipment to carry all of it. The highest expression of our TANK platform yet.
Featuring our Mag-Force™ Resistance Technology, this TANK uses dual brakes that run from a single adjustment lever across five settings, topped by SX Mode. The resistance scales with the athlete, push hard and it will push harder back. No need for plates, cords, and more importantly, no reset between users on the floor.
Rear-swivel wheels bring lateral resistance under load to a 4-wheeled TANK for the first time. Creating an elite combination of linear, lateral, and loaded work in one machine. Multi-position handles allow athletes to move from heavy push to loaded wheelbarrow carry without needing to change equipment. With the all-surface airless tires you can use this machine on hardwood, rubber, turf, concrete, and outdoor pavement with no floor markings.

Each front tire carries its own Mag-Force™ brake, engineered to be balanced and set together. Eliminating the need to stop and switch equipment since the resistance can be changed depending on the athlete.
Swivel Rear Wheels: Push in Any Direction, Not Just Straight
Athletes can cut, turn, and run sport-specific patterns without repositioning the sled. Change-of-direction work can be programed on the same unit used for linear pushes, at the resistance levels the SX is built to deliver.
All-Surface: No Turf Lane Required
Hardwood, rubber, turf, concrete, and outdoor pavement, without marking or damaging the floor. TANK SX training can be done without a flooring investment or a dedicated training lane.
Airless Tires: No Flats, No Maintenance

Frequently Asked Questions
How much floor space does the TANK SX need?
The SX is the largest sled in the TANK lineup and needs clear run-out space in the direction of travel, but no dedicated turf lane. Our design team can lay it into a floor plan on request.
How is the SX different from the MX?
The MX is a fixed-axle, four-wheeled sled with serious resistance. The SX exceeds that resistance and adds rear-swivel wheels for lateral work under load and adds rear-swivel wheels for lateral work under load, multi-position handles for wheelbarrow and other carry variations.
Can the SX be run on hardwood or rubber flooring?
Yes. The SX is engineered for hardwood, rubber, turf, concrete, and outdoor pavement without marking or damaging the floor. The same all-surface logic proven on the M3, scaled to the SX. Adding sled programming does not require a flooring build-out.
Do I need to add weight to push the SX?
No. The TANK SX places weight where it is needed for traction and downward force with no added load, so there are no plates to manage between users. For towing and pulling work, users may want to add weight to the weight horns for more traction if skidding occurs but is not necessary.
What comes standard, and what is optional?
The SX ships with the multi-position handle system, the V-Strap for towing, and the integrated weight horns. The Performance Console is optional and is a good way to see real time key performance metrics.
