TIME FOR A CHANGE

Totino-Grace High School had an outdated fitness center that no longer catered to the needs of its students and athletes, nor the current curriculum and training techniques. Torque completely redesigned the area to maximize space, workout efficiency and variety.

THE ULTIMATE LIFTING SOLUTION

A customized X-SIEGE features four front-facing Half Racks and four rear-side Power Racks to accommodate eight exercisers simultaneously in a compact space.

INSPIRING CREATIVITY & PERFORMANCE

Delivering a multitude of functional training options, this customized X-CREATE wall incorporates cable stations; suspension training; a built-in, 16-foot dumbbell rack with angled trays; and functional accessory storage units.

Traditional Cable Stacks Add Resistance Variety

Fully enclosed with steel shrouds, six wall-mounted Cable Column Stations incorporate dual swivel high and low pulleys with 190-pound weight stacks and a 1:2 weight ratio for longer travel and lower inertia.

Proven Training Tools

In addition to Olympic bars, hex bars, bumper plates, grip plates and platforms, Torque provided dumbbells, flat-incline benches, plyo boxes, suspension straps and more to facilitate virtually unlimited exercises.
