EXTRA TOOLS FOR CARDIO & STRENGTH

Rowing machines and stair climbers are two exceptional options for achieving a full-body workout. Rowers simulate the motion of rowing a boat, engaging major muscle groups including the legs, back, and arms. This provides both a cardiovascular workout and strength training, all while being easy on the joints.

X-CREATE Bridge Unit

We outfitted Sunset North with a large X-CREATE system that includes a bridge with plenty of attachments, accessories, and storage. The Relentless Rope Trainer™, landmine attachments, stall bars, suspension straps, heavy bag, mats, power tubes, resistance loop bands, kettlebells, wall balls, slam balls, and exercise balls complete the unit.

Wall Space X-CREATE Unit

Our modular designed X-CREATE systems allow for increased flexibilty. Sunset North's wall space X-CREATE has a Smith machine lifting module, barbells, grip plates, pro-style barbells, accessory storage trays, and more. The storage trays make sure that all accessories are kept neat and safely off the floor!
