In-House Photographer and Videographer

 

IN-OFFICE JOB. MUST BE LOCATED IN THE TWIN CITIES AREA.

Torque Fitness is a growing Twin Cities direct to consumer and B2B fitness brand looking to expand their team with the addition of an in-house photographer and videographer. This position will work closely with the internal marketing and product team to create professional level photography and videography content for website, social media, YouTube, print, events, digital marketing and more.

 

Responsibilities:

Take product photography and videography for multiple websites

Edit photography and videography for social media, digital ads, website and more

Shoot creative, vertical content for social media in collaboration with marketing team (TikTok, Reels and more)

Work closely with in-house marketing team to develop on-brand content

Assist or lead on larger scale photo shoots, be able to collaborate with outside photographers and videographers

Follow the visual rules set in place by the brand guidelines

Coordinate photo and video needs; you will work directly with our team/department leads to create any needed product or lifestyle photo/video shoots

Follow proper principles of design/photography

Edit all content for a variety of use-cases and different formats such as social, YouTube and more

Coordinate with the warehouse team to arrange and assist with product setup to shoot

Come up with new and creative photo and video ideas

Photograph and film events

Proper use of studio lighting

Have deliverables by or before the due date

 

Required Skills:

Previous Experience (3+ years highly preferred) in Photo/Video

Social media knowledge, specific to content performance

Product photography experience required. Large scale product preferred

Knowledge and passion for fitness space

Adobe Premiere

Adobe Photoshop

Adobe Lightroom

Gimbal Expertise

Video Editing

Customer Service Representative

Torque is looking for a highly motivated individual that is passionate about fitness to take on the position of Customer Service Representative. Role Description:

The Customer Service Representative reports to the Customer Service Manager and is critical to Torque Fitness. This role has daily contact with customers, focused on resolving issues and orders. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for receiving and responding to customer technical questions (via multiple platforms of communication), processing service warranty/spare parts orders, and supporting direct customers (dealers, 3rd party service providers and retail customers).

 

Specific Role Responsibilities:

Serve as primary point of contact and advocate for escalated customer service and warranty orders.

Provide customer feedback to Customer Service Manager/Account Manager.

Maintain service orders in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system—enter and acknowledge new service orders. Process and communicate order changes.

Receive and process dealer and service provider spare parts orders.

Determine in-warranty and out of warranty situations. Escalations are to be reported to Customer Service Manager to ensure desired service levels.

Maintain updated and accurate service records in ERP.

Work closely with Supply Chain Manager, Product Development, and Sales to maintain knowledge base of materials and delivery issues. Relay/communicate to customer as needed.

Organize/maintain service parts area. Communicate stock needs to Customer Service Manager.

All other duties as assigned.

 

Candidate Background Requirements:

Knowledge and Skills:

Ability to work with a variety of conversion types – (i.e., metric to imperial, length, weight.)

Strong analytical skills combined with a proficiency in mathematics.

Sound knowledge Microsoft office and ERP systems (NetSuite).

Surface level understanding of supply chain/operations.

Strong interpersonal skills are required as this position involves extensive personal contact and fostering relationships with others.

Passion and understanding for the fitness industry (preferred).

Marketing Coordinator

Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities:

Support the marketing department's initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs such as email, event and trade shows, social media, photo and video shoots, and content marketing

Independently coordinate marketing and events, including overseeing logistics, managing registrations, coordinating with vendors, creating itineraries, and ordering marketing collateral

Coordinate product, event, or content email marketing campaigns, including copy, design, scheduling, testing, and database management

Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring consistent voice

Assist with developing and managing content and social media marketing programs, including blogs and public relations efforts

Evaluate and monitor email and digital marketing campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports

Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs, and to ensure competitiveness

Conduct market research and identify trends

Assist in managing Torque’s influencer relationships and affiliate program

 

Qualifications for Marketing Coordinator:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field

1-3 years of experience in marketing

Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills

Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing

Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

Must have strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports

Must have a high level of creativity

Occasional travel may be required

Design experience is a plus
