The 3-Dimensional Swivel with Mount adds an attachment anchor for Heavy Bags to X-CREATE Bridge Systems as well as X-RACK Monkey Bar and Rectangular Crosses. By rotating and swiveling in a 3-dimensional space, it improves exercise quality and extends the life of hooks and heavy bags. Similar to the XCREATE-3DS, but with an added mount so you can attach to X-CREATE Bridge Systems.
