Glute Ham Developer

The X-SERIES Glute Ham Developer was engineered for stability and ease of adjustment. The 3" x 3" 11 gauge triangulated frame design is rock solid and molded nylon rollers make adjustments between the 14 horizontal positions smooth and easy.

This GHD features handles in the footplate for reverse hypers and resistance band anchors for reverse hyperextensions. Some of the exercises you can perform are Glute Ham Raises, GHD Sit-ups, Hip and Back Extensions, plus a variety of exercises using the built-in resistance band anchors.
