The Rock Climbing Kit mounts to X-CREATE Bridge systems and is a good addition to help build grip strength while doing pull-ups. Also works with X-RACK and X-SIEGE Monkey Bar and Rectangular Crosses. Sold as a set of left and right textured high-impact nylon molded rock grips on mounting plates. See also: Ninja Cross, which is compatible with X-RACK and X-SIEGE. Perfect for building rock climbing grip strength.
