Video was buggy

Pretty sure I already did a review of this, but I'll repeat again if you want me to. I think I spent more time looking at a frozen video screen than I did at the actual content of the video. It was so glitchy that it couldn't get through 2 minutes without freezing. Very frustrating to watch and I would have given up if it weren't worth so many CEU credits. From that perspective it was easy, but it took forever to get through the videos. My suggestion is that you make the video transcript available in the training. Otherwise it is just a waste of time for people and the training does not get through. Because it is only video, that means you have to watch it a few times to get all the content, but because it is so buggy, most of my colleagues just gave up the training altogether. I would not at all recommend this training. The content was sufficient for the cert, but the delivery of the content was awful!
