X-IMPACT™ D-Balls have the feel of a gel-filled medicine ball with a textured rubber shell—offering superior grip and durability for slams and traditional med ball training alike.
X-IMPACT™ D-Ball Medicine Balls are manufactured in the USA and used in commercial gyms, and in athletic and rehabilitation facilities around the world. Despite their rubberized exterior, they produce a consistent dead bounce as slam balls, and because a lot of D-Balls are sized at the similar diameters, athletes can also benefit from consistency in lifting-leverage and hand placement as they move up to heavier weights.
D-Ball Medicine Ball training can produce similar strength and power training benefits to Olympic lifting. With the ball held off the center-line, it can be particularly advantageous for improving an athlete’s range of motion, flexibility, and core strength.
