Compatible with the Power Cage and any 4’ deep two-sided X-RACK or X-SIEGE, the 4’ Bar Catch Straps create a Power Cage System that facilitates lifting inside the rack for greater space efficiency. They also will not damage the knurling on Olympic bars like hard stops can. The Catch Straps have an 855-pound maximum training weight.
