Cable Component Station
overview
The dual pulley adjustable cable column allows for full-body training in a compact exercise system. Individual or multiples can be added to X-RACK and X-SIEGE systems and the cable station can also be mounted to the wall.
The 1:2 weight ratio on each pulley handle provides 10 ft (3.1 m) of cable travel and a maximum weight of 95 lb (43 kg) with an individual handle.
