The molded mat features anti-slip tread, a waffle bottom for impact absorption and beveled edges on all four sides. This heavy-duty equipment mat reduces wear and tear on your dumbbells and flooring, and mitigates noise. Designed to deliver superior shock and sound mitigation for intense training, the performance surface has an Impact Insulation Class (IIC) rating of 56.
